HAYLEY HUANG most recently completed an internship as an Analyst at HUARONG RONGDE (Hong Kong) INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT CO. LTD., where she engaged in investment analysis modeling, conducted Due Diligence and integrated key information such as debt capital structure, company profile, and financial aspects. She also interned at CHINA SECURTITES CO. LTD. assisted in renewing 400 pages of IPO and interviewed C-level executives for industrial analysis. Before that, she worked as a consultant for S&P CAPITAL IQ in New York City and helped their Product Team build a customizable Private Equity Funds Performance Benchmarking System. She earned her BA in Economics, minor in Mathematics at UNVIERSITY OF COLORADO DENVER with Dean’s List and National Scholarship in China before joining COLUMBIA UNIVERSTIY, COLUMBIA BUSINESS SCHOOL as a M.S. candidate in Management Science and Engineering.
NICK POLYZOPOULOS most recently completed an internship as a Financial Analyst at JH DARBIE & CO, where he engaged in equity research and valuation to support Senior Management in investment idea generation through performance of detailed financial analysis on selected companies in several sectors. He also interned at the NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE as a Summer Analyst, where he performed valuation analysis using DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions and residual income methodologies and assisted with compilation of daily and weekly research reports on Daily International & Greek Commentary, Company & Industry Reports and Greek Equity Strategy. He earned his Bachelor in Financial and Banking Management at the UNIVERSITY OF PIRAEUS and earned his Master of Science in Finance at the UNIVERSITY OF ROCHESTER-Simon Business School
JAY YANG previously worked in the Client Finance team with CREDIT SUISSE, where he collaborated across strategy, operations, and technology teams to implement firm-wide regulatory and strategic solutions. He had also worked closely with the front office and senior management on accomplishing specific business needs and meeting management objectives. Prior to Credit Suisse, he worked at BANK OF AMERICA in the Client Risk Technology team. He earned his Bachelor of Science from BINGHAMTON UNIVERSITY and currently a MBA candidate at NEW YORK UNIVERSITY STERN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS. He was the fund manager for NYU MICHEAL PRICE STUDENT INVESTMENT FUND, a $2M MBA student-run endowment fund that is part of the overall NYU ENDOWMENT FUND, as well as winning the 1st place among MBA teams in the S&P Capital IQ Stock Pitch Competition. Jay is a CFA CHARTERHOLDER.
