Private Placements

Bentley maintains an active practice in arranging privately negotiated financings for both private and public companies. We have close contact with several hundred institutional/professional funding sources, while maintaining an extensive data base on investor's particular interests and requirements. We actively seek engagements to place senior debt (minimum $10 million), mezzanine finance (minimum $5 million), equity (minimum $5 million) and private equity partnership funds (no set minimum), as well as entire balance sheet restructuring assignments. Fees, which are negotiated on an individual basis, are competitive, and exceptions to transaction size minimums will be considered on an individual basis.
