Bentley's health care group provides private financing, public offering advisory services, merger and acquisition and strategic partnering services to the health care sector. Clients include: health care services, managed care, device, pharmaceutical, biotech, and drug delivery companies. In addition, Bentley handles fundraising assignments for healthcare venture capital and private investment funds, and also undertakes banking assignments for venture capital funds' portfolio companies.

A large number of our assignment in the life sciences area have been referred to us by private equity funds and other institutional investors seeking high quality investment banking services from an independent firm for their portfolio companies. 

Over the past several years, Bentley has completed private placement and M&A assignments for over 50 healthcare and life sciences companies, working on all aspects of a company's transaction.  The financing will not be turned over to a team of junior to middle-level associates, as is the case at most major Wall Street firms.
