Thomas P. O'Shea

Managing Director

THOMAS P. O'SHEA has been an investment banker for nearly 20 years and has extensive experience in the software and internet services, digital media, telecommunications and consumer industries. He began his career at ALEX. BROWN & SONS in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group of investment banking before joining PETER J. SOLOMON COMPANY in their Merger & Acquisition Group. After spending two years as a Vice President in the Telecommunications Group at UBS SECURITIES, Mr. O'Shea joined CIBC WORLD MARKETS for five years, where he was an Executive Director in the Telecommunications Group and served as Sector Head of the Internet Infrastructure practice. At MERRIMAN CURHAN FORD & CO. he was the Managing Director and Group Head of the Internet & Digital Media group, working in their San Francisco office. Returning to New York in 2006, he worked for four years as Head of Investment Banking Americas for THOMAS LLOYD CAPITAL LLC before joining Bentley in 2009. He received his B.S. from THE WHARTON SCHOOL of the UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA in 1991.
