WILLIAM P. DONOHUE began his investment banking career with KIDDER, PEABODY & CO. where he worked for 11 years. In 1970, he moved to COENEN & CO. where he served as President until the business was sold in 1975. He then joined WHITE, WELD & CO. as a Managing Director in their Investment Banking Department. White Weld was acquired by MERRILL LYNCH & CO. in 1978, and he remained there engaged mainly in international corporate finance until 1985. In that year, he joined CHASE MANHATTAN CORPORATION where he served as President of its broker/dealer subsidiary (Chase Securities Corporation) during its formation and start-up. After retiring from Chase in 1995, he joined Bentley where, in 2003, he became the Chief Compliance Officer of its broker/dealer affiliate (Bentley Securities Corporation). Mr. Donohue earned his B.A. from AMHERST COLLEGE and his M.B.A. from HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL.
