TIMOTHY P. HURLEY began his career in the Corporate Finance Department of MERRILL LYNCH, where he worked principally with finance and leasing companies. In 1981, he joined LEHMAN BROTHERS KUHN LOEB as a Senior Vice President with a similar focus. In 1984 he moved to PAINEWEBBER as a Managing Director. At PAINEWEBBER, Mr. Hurley headed the Non-Bank Financial Institutions Group with 11 professionals reporting to him. Founding DELTA FINANCIAL GROUP in 1987, he served as the President of this boutique investment banking and financial advisory firm until 2006. Delta represented a wide variety of companies as an M&A advisor and as an agent in raising capital. Delta also performed numerous business valuation engagements related to both corporate reorganizations and litigation. In mid-2006 Mr. Hurley joined KEATING DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a real estate development firm, serving as its Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Keating, Mr. Hurley served as a financial advisor to that firm in connection with selling an affiliated company and in raising capital for its real estate development activities. Mr. Hurley joined Bentley in November 2008 as a Managing Director. He earned a B.A. and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the UNIVERSITY OF NOTRE DAME and an M.B.A. from COLUMBIA GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS.
