STEPHEN C. GRAHAM has over 30 years of transaction experience across a range of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, food and beverage, real estate, media, energy, business services, retail and restaurants, transportation and software. He has provided M&A advisory and arranged debt and equity capital for a wide range of public and private companies since 1976. His activities have included engagements in sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, going private transactions, lease and other tax oriented financings, public underwritings and private placements, financial advisory assignments and expert testimony. He also has cross-border transaction experience in the UK and in Russia. Mr. Graham has served as Managing Director and Co-head of PAINEWEBBER’s Structured Transactions Group and held positions at MERRILL LYNCH, MORGAN GUARANTY TRUST COMPANY and CITICORP. Prior to joining Bentley in 1996, he was Managing Director and Co-founder of THE SARATOGA GROUP, a boutique firm specializing in private placements and financial advisory assignments. Mr. Graham earned an A.B. from PRINCETON UNIVERSITY and an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY.
